Tap into this power & join me for a special totem paint night at Raquel Amaral’s gallery in Concord. In this beautiful and inspirational art gallery, we will create sacred space, learn about totems, and explore the power of shamanic journey. Through this meditation we will connect with our power animals, and then create powerful totem paintings inspired by our experiences. The painting process integrates our experience into our spirit and becomes the meditation. This is not so much a painting class, as it is a spiritual experience.
